Our technicians will perform a full system startup, to ensure your system is properly sized for your home. If the system does not heat or cool your home to the designed temperature listed on your proposal, we will perform any modifications necessary to reach the designed temperatures.

Pricing Guarantee
The prices on our proposals don’t change. You will never be surprised by extra costs on the day your system is installed. Any potential changes will be listed on the proposal. If our technician misses something on your proposal, we guarantee you will not pay for any modifications.

Manufacturer’s Rebate Guarantee
We guarantee all stated rebate amounts on your proposal. If any of the rebates you receive differ from the rebates listed, Trusted Heating & Air will pay the difference directly to you.

GUARANTEE TERMS

Your Satisfaction Guarantee:
Satisfaction Guarantee must be claimed within 90 days of the installation date. The work needing to be addressed has to be performed by Trusted Heating & Air, No Exceptions. This guarantee applies to all of the equipment installed. It cannot be used for just a portion of the installation. For example, if we install a furnace, air conditioner, and humidifier, we will not offer to work on the ducting or anything we did not originally do for the install in question.
Repair Guarantee
Documented Annual services are required to be eligible for the FREE Equipment Repair Guarantee. The heat exchanger must be cracked to qualify for the Free Equipment Repair Guarantee, also Trusted Heating & Air has to visually verify on site the heat exchanger is damaged and causing an unsafe living environment to qualify for the Heat exchanger repairs to be done. The compressor also has to be taken care of under the same guidelines as the heat exchanger.
Trusted Performance Guarantee
The Trusted Performance Guarantee does not guarantee temperatures will be exact in each room. It only guarantees the desired temperatures at the thermostat. Additional modifications may be required at additional costs to maintain a specific temperature in a specific room of your home. The designed temperatures we guarantee to maintain will be listed on the proposal before the job begins.
Pricing Guarantee
All potential additional charges will be listed on the proposal.
Manufacturer’s Rebate Guarantee
Rebate Guarantee claim must be made within 30 days of the installation date to qualify for this guarantee.
Trusted Price Match Guarantee
Price match will require the customer to supply Trusted Heating & Air the competitors pricing paper estimate. The competitors Estimate must include identical equipment, warranties, guarantees, and installation of equipment. Competitors Estimate must be dated within 10 days of Trusted Heating & Air’s Proposal.
Peace of Mind Guarantee
The 1 year of free Service Agreement is only available on complete heating AND cooling system installations.
New Install Repair Guarantee
This guarantee applies to emergency repairs only. If your new system is not heating or cooling your home, we will get you heating and cooling within 72 hours. Necessary repairs that are not affecting heating or cooling operation may not be resolved that quickly due to availability of the parts.
